We are the voice for commercial real estate in legislative issues and our involvement in civic concerns ensures we are up to date at local, state, and national levels. Our lobbyist monitors legislation harmful to our industry so we can act appropriately.

What are the membership types?

Principal Members

Our Principal Members are industry leaders who excel as owners, developers, brokers, building engineers, asset managers, and property managers. They oversee a diverse portfolio that includes corporate facilities, government buildings, industrial properties, medical offices, retail spaces, hotels, condominiums, campus facilities, and mixed-use developments.

Allied Members

Our Allied Members are key partners who provide essential goods and services to the commercial real estate industry. We strive to maintain a balanced membership of 50% Principal Members and 50% Allied Members, ensuring that all members receive optimal networking and business opportunities. To uphold this commitment, we currently have a waitlist for new Allied Members.

State Members

A State Member is a Principal or Allied Member whose primary business operates more than an hour away from Marion County and its surrounding areas, including cities like Evansville, Fort Wayne, or South Bend. At this time, we have a waitlist specifically for State Members under the Allied Membership category.
