Event Policy

Photo & Video Disclaimer:
BOMA Indiana reserves the right to capture and utilize any photographs or videos taken during events co-hosted or co-presented by BOMA Indiana, unless explicitly requested otherwise by an individual or organization. If no such request is made, BOMA Indiana may use these images or videos in its publications or other media, including but not limited to websites, social media, email communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, and television.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Period:
   Members and guests may cancel their event registration without penalty up to seven (7) days before the event date.

2. Cancellation Fee:
   A cancellation fee of 20% of the total registration cost will be applied for cancellations made within six (6) days of the scheduled event. This fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses incurred by BOMA Indiana. To avoid the cancellation fee, a full credit may be issued to your account instead.

3. Refunds:
   Refunds, minus the 20% cancellation fee, will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Please note that membership dues are non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy:
   If a member or guest fails to attend an event without providing prior notice, the full event registration cost will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

5. Emergency Situations:
   In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, BOMA Indiana reserves the right to waive or adjust the cancellation fee at its discretion.
