About Our Speaker:

Jason Tolliver is the Logistics & Industrial Co-Lead for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield. A sought-after speaker and media contributor, Jason frequently shares insights on the supply-demand dynamics of industrial real estate across radio, television, and print. He has authored numerous articles on the economy and property markets and is a regular guest on prominent business networks. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jason practiced law and held key economic development roles, including serving as Director of Domestic and International Business Development for the Indiana Department of Commerce. His career began in Kuji, Japan, where he worked as a liaison for the Mayor’s Office, serving as a translator and interpreter for dignitaries and executives while advancing government-led business initiatives.
